Greenwich sources aircraft purchase opportunities with airlines and other sellers globally. Greenwich offers direct ownership of aircraft to investors, while our affiliate, Burnham Sterling, offers securities backed by aircraft owned by Greenwich.

Technical Asset Management

Greenwich focuses on mitigating risk and maximizing return on investment for itself and our aviation asset investors. Few airlines default, but Greenwich considers the downside in its transaction, such as a repossession strategy, if a lessee fails. We are experienced at repossessing, refurbishing and remarketing aviation equipment. The options under consideration can range from remarketing the asset to a subsequent lessee, to conversion from passenger to freighter, or to a complete disassembly and part out.

Aircraft Trading

Greenwich management has been in the aviation industry since the 1980s and understands aviation business cycles. These cycles result in origination and trading strategies that can increase returns and reduce risk for Greenwich and its aviation asset investors. Greenwich also has access to Burnham’s proprietary financial modeling.
